Tan Boon Liat Redevelopment is the working site reference for a proposed residential redevelopment of the freehold building at 315 Outram Road in District 3. A final condo name has not been announced. The site is close to Havelock MRT on the Thomson-East Coast Line. Kingsford Havelock, a Kingsford Group subsidiary, entered a S$950 million collective-sale agreement reported in July 2026.
